In a bowl, whisk all of the following ingredients together:
1/4 cup chia seeds
1 cup coconut milk (preferably can rather than beverage)
Dash of cinnamon
Dash of vanilla
Dash of maple syrup
Allow the ingredients to sit mixed together in the fridge overnight. Feel free to add fruit or granola and you’re good to go!
